We are experienced event vendors, having provided shaved ice service at the 4th of July Casper Spuds baseball game / fireworks display, with a crowd of over 3,000 people; we were able to reach service speeds of over 120 paying customers per hour.

Do you have a private function that would be even better with a food truck? This could be birthday parties, weddings, corporate events, school or church functions, or anything else where the participants would appreciate the softest shaved ice in Wyoming.
We are happy to provide a catering quote for whatever you have in mind. We just need to know when, which size cup you think is best for the occasion, and how many cups / customers you want to pay for in advance. If the location is outside of Douglas, WY, we would need to charge for travel as well. Beware of the weather! You do not have to pay us a deposit until 7 days before service, to give you one last chance to make sure there isn’t a thunderstorm coming before you spend money locking us in for a certain day.
